Dr. Travis Williams, DMD, MD, is a board-trained oral and maxillofacial surgeon and the founder of FishHawk Oral & Facial Surgery in Lithia, Florida. A Tampa native, Dr. Williams is proud to serve the community that helped shape him, providing advanced oral and facial surgical care with a strong focus on personalized, patient-centered treatment.

Dr. Williams completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Tampa before earning his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to obtain his medical degree and complete his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Louisiana State University (LSU). His extensive training includes comprehensive experience in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, anesthesia, wisdom tooth removal, TMJ disorders, facial trauma, reconstructive surgery, and facial aesthetics—including injectables and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation techniques.

Committed to excellence and evidence-based care, Dr. Williams has contributed to professional publications in oral and facial surgery and actively pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest surgical techniques and technology. His professional interests include full-arch dental implant solutions, bone grafting, TMJ treatment, wisdom tooth extraction, and facial aesthetic procedures, allowing him to offer both functional and cosmetic solutions tailored to each patient’s needs.
